BMC Remedy User Connector Unable to Process Manager Information During Update

Information in this document applies to any platform.
With BMC Remedy User connector, when manager id and manager name are updated, connector is sending only 1 update field to target and failing.
And during user account provisioning, manager information is populated correctly but unable to send the updated manager information to BMC remedy.
Seeing the following error during this operation :
