OUD 12.2.1.3.0 version with EUS
Registering 12.2 database with OUD fails with SSL error
dbca -silent -configureDatabase -sourceDB $DB_HOST -sysDBAUserName <SYS_USERNAME> -sysDBAPassword $SYS_DB_PWD -registerWithDirService true -dirServiceUserName "cn=<EUS_ADMIN>,cn=oracleContext" -dirServicePassword $PASSWD -walletPassword $PASSWD
[FATAL] [DBT-08003] Unable to establish connection with the directory server.
CAUSE: Unknown error occurred while trying to access the directory service using the user distinguished name ({0}).
ACTION: Verify the directory service credentials and the correctness of the configuration file (ldap.ora).
