Symptoms
On 12.2.1.3.0 version, a customer has reported that Coherence Extend Proxy TcpAcceptor restarts for no apparent reason. The below is the exception in the proxy server logs. In addition,you have noticed that the error follows seems the TcpAcceptor starts listening on different port that is auto incremented from the previously used port.
