Patch 28168795 Causes Duplicated Classloading when Application Deploying (Doc ID 2432383.1)

Symptoms

WebLogic was deployed with application that using Spring to manage classes.  After applying CPU Patch 28168795 according to (Doc ID 2394520.1) , duplicated class loading error printed in server log like below:
