ODI 'IKM SQL To JMS Append' Option Uses Default Value Regardless of the Set Value (Doc ID 2432452.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) after setting an option in "IKM SQL to JMS Append" to some value (for example, JMSPRIORITY IKM to '5') the generated code still uses the default value. There is no error.
