Purpose

This document provides a procedure to upgrade Exalogic Compute Nodes running Oracle Linux 7.4 (OL7.4) to the latest Oracle Linux 7.x (OL7.x) version.

Note that this procedure does not address upgrading Physical Compute Nodes running OL5.x or OL6.x to OL7.x. Such an in-place upgrade is not supported on Exalogic.
