Symptoms

On : APEX 18.1.0.00.45 version,


When attempting to create a new application  IF Check ALL is clicked to include ALL Features or only "Activity Reporting"
the following error occurs.

1 error has occurred

STEPS
-----------------------
1.  Create a new application in APEX 18.1.
2.  Click "Check ALL" to include ALL Features or even only "Activity Reporting". after have provided the application name.
3.  The error is returned.

Changes

New Installation/Upgrade of/to APEX 18.1.
