In DB2, Data Getting Converted From Character Set UTF-8 To ISO-8859-1 Even Though The Target Character Set Is UTF-8

Replicat in DB2 failing with below error:
2018-07-25T03:34:08.305GMT ERROR OGG-03533 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for DB2, re2e1cia.prm: Conversion from character set UTF-8 of source column <Column Name> to character set ISO-8859-1 of
target column <Columns Name>failed because the source column contains a character 'ef bf bd' at offset 9 that is not available in the target character set.
2018-07-25T03:34:08.311GMT ERROR OGG-01668 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for DB2, re2e1cia.prm: PROCESS ABENDING.
Even though the database character set at source and target database is UTF-8.
