OAAM Geo-Location Update Job Works Only When Non-SSL Port Is Listening (Doc ID 2433512.1)

Symptoms

OAAM Geo-Location update job works only when Non-SSL port is listening

It was observed that OAAM geo-location update job works fine only when Non-SSL port is listening.
It stopped working once after we disable NON-SSL port and enable only SSL port

Below is the error logs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the geolocation load scripts


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system does not have update geolocation data and cannot block requests from geographic locations.
