Selecting Documents Checkbox For Portal Gives An Error Occurred While Trying To Provision The Service oracle.webcenter.doclib (Doc ID 2433927.1)

Symptoms

When checking the documents check box for a Portal, the following error occurs:

An error occurred while trying to provision the service oracle.webcenter.doclib. The service did not get provisioned.

Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) is being used as the LDAP for both WebCenter Content and WebCenter Portal.

Login using both the Weblogic user and other users is successful in OUD.


The WC_Portal-diagnostic.log shows the following errors:
