After upgrading GoldenGate 12.3.x opatch to latest OPatch 12.2.0.1.14 version
the "opatch" command(s) fail with:

Error: This Java instance does not support a 64-bit JVM.
Please install the desired version.

OPatch failed with error code 1

GoldenGate 12.3.x OPatch Version: 12.2.0.1.6 was upgraded.
