Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.0 version, OAuth Server

OAM 11.1.2.3 - cannot fetch user profile using access token that was obtained using email id of the user.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Requirement is to be able to get user attributes with OAuth rest API when using an access token that was created either with the uid or the email.

2. Applied fix noted in doc below to obtain access token using email id.
OAM 11.1.2.3: OAuth access token using Uid Or Email Address (Doc ID 2378173.1)

3. Fetch user attributes using the accesstoken obtained in Step #2.
