How to Remove the Jms Error Queue if it is Still Referencing the JMS Queue (Doc ID 2435281.1)

Goal

After create and assign an error queue for deliver failure to a specific JMS queue, for some reason, one may attempt to remove the error queue and create different error queue. However, when remove the error queue, it generated the referencing error:
