SOA 12.2.1.3.0 File Adapter Polling Not Working (Doc ID 2435378.1)

Goal

We are using Oracle Virtual Machine (OVM) with OEL v7. Have 2 node cluster of SOA 12.2.1.3.0. Running into an issue where JCA File Adapater polling on a directory on NAS is not picking up the files and following error in the log file.



Works fine if we put the file on the local filesystem on the VM where manage server is running but putting it on shared location on NAS gives the above and doesn't read the file and after sometime file adapter shows deactivated in
