After upgrade to 12c BEA-149205 Failed to initialize the application "<mycustom-service-app>" the following error occurs:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have OIM + OAM Integrated 11g env with a custom app deployed for use with custom scheduled jobs
2. Upgrade to
3. Upgrade to 12c
4. Apply BP180620
5. Start OIM nodes and see the exception


Upgrading to OIG 12c includes upgrading the JDK used by the domain from 7 to 8, plus there are new versions of 12c library jar files such as the oimclient jar and others.
