How to Setup Timezone to Local Region Time in Webcenter Sites 12c (Doc ID 2435883.1)

Goal

By default the timezone setting of Sites server in 12c is UTC, the sites logs timestamps are also UTC. How to change the timezone so that the sites log will show local time, for example, shows Hong_Kong local time.
