Symptoms
On : 10.3.6 version, WLS-Config (non-component)
WebLogic domains were upgraded from WebLogic Server 10.3.4 and JDK 6 to WebLogic Server 10.3.6 and JDK 7.
Deployment modules failed with "Caused By: java.lang.ArrayStoreException: sun.reflect.annotation.TypeNotPresentExceptionProxy" and targeted WebLogic Servers went to ADMIN mode.
The suspect is that some upgraded client jars from the upgraded domains could have caused this issue.
