In the Admin Console Some Managed Servers Do not Show a Health Status due to SSL error

Symptoms
When going to the admin console to check the health status of the managed servers configured, it shows that some of the servers have "OK" in the Health column but some of the them just have the column blank.
The servers with blank health status have the following error in the log:
Changes
This happens after the admin server is configured to use custom identity keystore and trust keystore and non-ssl port is disabled.
