While this setup has been working fine for a few months, we found the EXTRACT E_TODTRD abended this morning with the following error
 OGG-02765 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, extname.prm: Trail format version must be 12.2 or higher to extract changes from multiple catalogs with mixed character sets or timezones
