OIM Role Creation Doesn't Reflect In OID Groups After SSO Integration (Doc ID 2437800.1)

Symptoms

In an OIG 12c BP2 environment follow the steps from "OIM/OAM 12c Step-By-Step SSO Integration Case Study (Doc ID 2393062.1)" using the OID connector and OID targeted system.

User provisioning to OID works fine.

The connector is configured to provision roles as Groups in OID. But creating a new Role in OIM does not create the appropriate group in OID.
