SCIM Connector: TokenLifespan Not Working For OAuth Access Token (Doc ID 2437826.1)

Goal

SCIM connector 11.1.1.5.0 once one get a token, the token is not being reused instead connector request a new one for each operation.

Details: Connector is configured with grantType password  with OAuth 2.0 Resource Owner Password. Once the client authenticates, it gets a token like the following:

"expires_in": 3600,
"token_type": "Bearer"
}

In the IT Resource tokenlifespan is set to 3600000 milliseconds so the token is valid for 1hour.
