OIM Wls_oim2 Is Not Starting After Out Of Memory (OOM) Crash

Using the OIM SelfService console and while trying to access the jobs (not execute a job, just access the jobs page), the application stopped responding.
Since this is a clustered environment, tried to restart the second OIM node,
however it is not starting and there is no error indication whatsoever to help us understand why; It just hangs in mode forever.
The weblogic console, shows several outOfMemoryError on both nodes.
ERROR in the startup log shows:
