Coherence Issue While Trying To Start The Portal Servers After Upgarding From 11g To 12c (Doc ID 2438405.1)

Symptoms

A Coherence exception is displayed in the logs when starting the WebCenter Portal servers after an uprading from 11g to 12c:

weblogic.coherence.api.internal.CoherenceException: (Wrapped) Exception occurred during schema validation:
The specified schema coherence-operational-config cannot be found.
