OGG 12.3.x for BigData - Manager not purging trail files even when using purgeoldextracts (Doc ID 2438473.1)

Symptoms

The ogg bigdata manager was not purging the second trail files even when using purgeoldextracts parameter.

For ex:

PURGEOLDEXTRACTS /bugmnt10/ogg/oggbig/dirdat/traila/aa ,NOUSECHECKPOINTS, MINKEEPFILES 2, FREQUENCYMINUTES 1
PURGEOLDEXTRACTS /bugmnt10//ogg/oggbig/dirdat/trailb/bb ,NOUSECHECKPOINTS, MINKEEPFILES 2, FREQUENCYMINUTES 1

It will only purge aa trail files
