OID 11g: DIP diagnostic log file throws error "Key Store Password Not Found In Credential Store" and EM Console shows DIP as down. (Doc ID 2438524.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Directory Integration Platform

While starting wls_od1, server is coming up but DIP is showing as down in EM console and seen below error in wls_ods1 startup log:
