OUD 11g: ODSM Login fails with Time Out Error (Doc ID 2438542.1)

On : version and later,After LDIF Import

1. When attempting to importing bulk users(over 10 million)the following errors occurs. Though import is successful.

Example ERROR

category=UTIL severity=MILD_ERROR msgID=5439505 msg=Entry entryuuid=<ENTRY_UUID>+uid=<UID>,cn=people,dc=<SUFFIX_DN> read from LDIF starting at line 533759848 is not valid because it violates the server's schema configuration: Entry entryuuid=<ENTRY_UUID>+uid=<UID>,cn=people,dc=<SUFFIX_DN> violates the Directory Server schema configuration because it includes multiple values for attribute entryUUID, which is defined as a single-valued attribute
backend userRoot has been interrupted while preloading database dc=<SUFFIX_DN>_entryUUID.equality due to time limit

+. While the server status shows as running, but not able to connect to OUD through ODSM console and after 5 to 10 minutes throws Time Out error.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When attempting to login into ODSM console via OUD Admin port after importing bulk users.

NOTE: The above symptoms were initial observations, but import of data was not at all the cause of the issue. The above is noted since it was part of the sequence after which issue was seen in this scenario.
