Symptoms
Problem :
=========
With Forms 12.2.1.0.0 - 12.2.1.2.0 the following error occurs when calling to_clob() function remotely from Forms only after APRIL 2018 CPU was applied to 12.1.0.2 DB.
FRM-40734: Internal Error: PL/SQL error occurred
The same issue doesn't happen with Forms 12.2.1.3.0 with same database.
