Imaging Basic Viewer Is Displaying "The requested page number is beyond the document page range" When Moving to the 2nd Page of a Document (Doc ID 2438726.1)

Symptoms

When using the WebCenter Content: Imaging Viewer to move to a second page of a document, the below error is displayed on the page:

TCM-07038: The requested page number is beyond the document page range.

The Imaging logs show:
