After Upgrade To User Role and Organization UDFs are Missing (Doc ID 2438738.1)

After upgrading an OIM to OIM Organization, Role, and User UDFs cannot be seen and are not saved in the DB:

When a user tries to create a User, a Role, or an Organization, the UDFs are not saved in the DB even though the UDF fields are present in the DB. 

Similarly, Organization, Role, and User UDFs which were existing before the upgrade are no longer shown in UI even though the values are present in the DB.
