After Upgrade To 22.214.171.124 User Role and Organization UDFs are Missing

After upgrading an OIM 188.8.131.52.x to OIM 184.108.40.206.x Organization, Role, and User UDFs cannot be seen and are not saved in the DB:
When a user tries to create a User, a Role, or an Organization, the UDFs are not saved in the DB even though the UDF fields are present in the DB.
Similarly, Organization, Role, and User UDFs which were existing before the upgrade are no longer shown in UI even though the values are present in the DB.
The issue occurs following an upgrade. Since there is no direct upgrade path from 220.127.116.11.x to 18.104.22.168.x, the upgrade path followed was 22.214.171.124.x to 126.96.36.199.x and then 188.8.131.52.x
