After Upgrade To 220.127.116.11 User and Organization UDFs are Missing

After upgrading an OIM 22.214.171.124.x to OIM 126.96.36.199.x Organization and User UDFs cannot be seen and are not saved in the DB:
When a user tries to create a User or an Organization, the UDFs are not saved in the DB even though the UDF fields are present in the DB.
Similarly, Organization and User UDFs which were existing before the upgrade are no longer shown in UI even though the values are present in the DB.
The issue occurs following an upgrade. Since there is no direct upgrade path from 188.8.131.52.x to 184.108.40.206.x, the upgrade path followed was 220.127.116.11.x to 18.104.22.168.x and then 22.214.171.124.x
