One Pub-Sub Message is Dropped After Client Reconnect (Doc ID 2438975.1)

Symptoms

Pub-Sub client can not receive 1 published message after reconnect.

There's no error message and stack trace in server log, but if you enable debug option(-Dweblogic.debug.DebugPubSubBayeux=true), you can see following message.

<PubSubBayeux> ... <BEA-000000> <<<< invalid transport: com.bea.httppubsub.internal.LongPollingTransport ...> 

 After the issue, client can keep receiving other message.
