Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, WLS-WebServices

Currently we have a working webserver client deployed on WebLogic server version 12.1.2.0.0 with no issues but when deployed on WLS 12.2.1.3.0 gives the following error:

Upgrade to 12.2.1.3.0
