Webcenter Capture Client Displays Blank Page When Opened For Managed Attachment Page

If you open the capture client multiple times in the browser session it results is blank client screen. When the user clicks on the Scan button in Managed Attachments (MA) page they can connect to the capture client for the first time without any issues.
If they close the capture page and relaunch it again by clicking on ‘Scan’ in the MA page, it opens a blank page.
The customer is using the Managed Attachments solution in which they are calling the capture client from the MA page. This opens the Capture client in a new tab in the session where they import a document and release it, then close the capture client tab.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open up the Managed Attachements pages.
- Click the Scan button.
- Close the capture tab.
- From the same Managed attachments page click Scan again.
- This results in a blank screen
