Seeing problems with OSB managed servers in PROD, where the server will not response to any requests for a few seconds. There are no stuck threads or hogging threads, but the current open sockets rise from a normal value of 100 to 1000.
Switching the socket muxer from NIO to POSIX doesn't not help
Also could see issues in OTD if using an OTD to balance the request (in front of the OSB servers).
Issue started to occur after upgrading OSB from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199
