Symptoms

Web Verifier 11.1.1.9 is configured to use Windows Authentication (SSO).  Some of the Web Verifier for some users can not login to Web Verifier after their password was changed.  The message at the bottom of the screen reads as:

User name or password is invalid. Please try again
