Goal

At the time of marshalling, when a web service is invoked all the namespaces that are defined in JAXB Context are added to the root element.
When the count is more than 500, the unmarshaller used by the OSB fails.

The parameter -Dorg.apache.cxf.stax.maxAttributeCount or -Dxml.ws.maximum.AttributesPerElement override is not working after applying the PSU 10.3.6.0.180417.
