Java.io.UTFDataFormatException while OEP Reads Message from WebLogic (Doc ID 2442544.1)

Symptoms

OEP (Oracle Event Processing) reads messages from WLS JMS queue (12.1.3) and then processes the message which can have two outputs:
Store it in NoSQL database, OEP also applies quality rules to messages to see if it is correct and can go to next step,
Successfully transacted messages goes to COHERENCE for further processing. Some messages failed with below exception::-
