Symptoms
After applying the July 2018 WLS PSU, a "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bouncycastle/asn1/DEREncodable" error is seen. This patch removed the "bcprov-jdk16-1.45.jar" file which is being used by the application running in weblogic. The error seen follows:
