Messages Stuck In MSG_WAIT_ACK (Doc ID 2443151.1)

Symptoms


You have a new 12.2.1.0.0 install that is running a 2-node SOA cluster. OAG sits in between B2B and trading partners. This is the same configuration done in 11g which worked there. The RosettaNet agreement was exported from 11g and imported into 12c.

In 12c you send a RosettaNet document that is successfully received by the trading partner. An acknowledgement sent back to B2B is successfully received but the business message state remains MSG_WAIT_ACK.
