ODI Collocated SSL Agent Starting with Node Manager Fails with Error 'java.security.cert.CertificateException: No subject alternative names present' (Doc ID 2443177.1)

Symptoms

After configuring SSL for the collocated agent (using the Demo Identity), if the agent starts manually it starts successfully and tests successful with the ODI Clients (ODI Console and ODI Studio). However, if the collocated agent is started with Node Manager, the node manager is unable to start the agent and reports the following in the nodemanager.log:
