Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 11 (OAM 11.1.2.3.x)  The OAM Admin Console Reporting Incorrect Webgate/Agent Version After Webgate-Inplace Upgrade

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Install Webgate 11.1.2.2.0
2. Integrate Webgate 11.1.2.2 with OAM 11.1.2.3
3. Confirm that the version of the installed Webgate is reported as "11.1.2.2.0" on OAM Console ... OAM Console --> Configuration --> Server Instances --> Seach --> Highlight Instance[oam_server1] --> Select Monitor --> Select OAM Agents
4. Execute In-place Upgrade for the installed Webgate 11.1.2.2.0 to Webgate 11.1.2.3.0
5. Confirm the version of the upgraded Webgate on OAM Console ... OAM Console --> Configuration --> Server Instances --> Seach --> Highlight Instance[oam_server1] --> Select Monitor --> Select OAM Agents
The version could be the previous version, Webgate 11.1.2.2.0.
