Import Option of Knowledge Modules under Projects is Missing in ODI 12c After Applying Patch 27466856 (Doc ID 2443769.1)

When attempting to Import Knowledge Modules (KMs) into Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio 12.1.3.0.1 under Projects - Knowledge Module, the expected option 'Import Knowledge Modules' when right-clicking is missing. This was noticed after applying <Patch 27466856> "Cannot Disable the Import in Designer on Global Knowledge Modules for a User". Users who experience this issue have privileges to import KMs into Projects but not as Global Objects.

1. Open ODI Studio > Security
2. Create a Duplicate of DESIGNER profile
3. Right click on Copy of the Designer profile
    a. Select "Authorization"
    b. Select Objects -> Procedure
    c. Select Method -> Import Knowledge Modules -> Remove the assigned Method (Uncheck)
4. Assign a User 'A' with this Copy of the Designer profile and Connect Profile
5. Login to ODI Studio with the User 'A' credentials
    In Designer- > Projects-> Knowledge Modules  - > Right Click - > NO OPTION available for  'Import Knowledge Modules'
