Symptoms

Upgraded environment from WCS 12.2.1.0 0 to 12.2.1.3.0.

After deploying applications many exceptions are seen as follows

Caused by: org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Failed to instantiate [com.fatwire.anonymousdata.service.AnonymousDataManagerServiceImpl]: Constructor threw exception; nested exception is
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/maxmind/geoip2/exception/AddressNotFoundException
