ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
ESSO Syslog Reporting Output Doesn't Match RFC 5424 Format Standard
The syslog server is having issues reading Syslog messages from ESSO Logon Manager & Password Reset.
The output from ESSO LM looks like the following while according to Doc ID 1491337.1, the format should be based on RFC 5424 - The Syslog Protocol.

The Syslog output format should be based on RFC 5424 - The Syslog Protocol.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Configure the Syslog server in ESSO Password Reset.
- Attempt to reset a password or unlock an account in Password Reset.
- Open the Syslog and observe the format of the recorded events.
