Symptoms

The Web Service applications were migrated from 11g to 12c.

Post migration the application's WSDL isn't opening with SOPUI.

Getting below error message : "Error in loading wsdl using SOPUI"

Accessing the WSDL URL from a Web Browser gives a successful response, using http://<host>:<port>/ExampleServices/ExampleService?WSDL
