OPSS JPS Cache Refresh For a Domain Shows Applications of Other Domains Also (Doc ID 2444777.1)

Symptoms

Multiple Domains configured to use same OPSS schema as security store

After the configured policy cache refresh interval, it retrieves applications from all the domains

Before the refresh and soon after the restart of the domain, only the applications specific to that domain are visible

This can be verified from the EM Console interface

domain -> Security - Application Policies -> Click on "Application Stripe" drop down list

For example, following screenshots shows this scenario where Webcenter and SOA domains are sharing the same OPSS Schema

1 . After restart of Webcenter Domain, Access Application Policies page

 

 

2. The list shows only the applications that are associated to Webcenter domain

 

 

3. After the policy refresh interval, it shows applications from both Webcenter and SOA domains
