REST API Requests Endpoint Using GT Operator Causing oracle.iam.rest.client.exceptions.InvalidFilterFormatException (Doc ID 2445263.1)

Symptoms

You need to get the requests with a request id greater than (for example) 5000, so you submit the following REST API request against the requests endpoint:

https://<OIMHOST>:<OIMPORT>/iam/governance/selfservice/api/v1/requests?view=trackRequests&q=id gt 5000

and you get the following error:
