Importing Roles From R2P2 to R2PS3 Leads to Error: IAM-3050095:The attribute(s) [Role Display Name] have invalid locale(s) [en].:[Role Display Name]:[en] (Doc ID 2445300.1)

Symptoms

The roles were exported from a OIM11.1.2.2 environment. After export, the XML files were imported in OIM 11.1.2.3 environment .
At this point, some file imports returned the error


STEPS
-----------------------

1) Goto OIM 11.1.2.2 Sysadmin console > System Management > Export > Role
2) Goto OIM 11.1.2.3 Sysadmin console > System Management > Import > Role
