Symptoms

In OIM 12c, seeing the following exception in the OIM diagnostic log on restarting OIM Server after a forced shutdown:

 

This is causing OIM jobs to be stuck in Running status.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Oim server is restarted after forced shutdown.
2. This causes the oim schedule jobs to stay stuck in Running status
