WebLogic Server OutOfMemory Exception When Enabled with SNMP Agent (Doc ID 2446298.1)

Symptoms

When the SNMP Agent is enabled with WebLogic Server Admin or Managed Servers, the logs give a Java OutOfMemory exception.

The below leads to a suspected memory leak:

Issue 1:
One instance of "monfox.toolkit.snmp.agent.SnmpMib" loaded by "com.oracle.classloader.weblogic.LaunchClassLoader @ 0xfffffffb80400f58" occupies 4,405,376,880 (36.97%) bytes. The memory is accumulated in one instance of "monfox.toolkit.snmp.util.OidTree$Node" loaded by "com.oracle.classloader.weblogic.LaunchClassLoader @ 0xfffffffb80400f58".
