What are the Fields in the SOAP Response which Confirms the Document Information that the Metadata was updated to the New Values? (Doc ID 2446390.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, Fusion Application Integration

We found there is a change in the response of UCM web service - GenericSOAPPort while updating the document title after Fusion Apps (FA) 18b release.

Before FA 18b release, after updating the document title the SOAP response used to receive the resultset and Doc Info fields in the response.
After FA 18b release, there is no result set and Doc Info fields available in the SOAP response.

What are the fields in the SOAP response which confirms the document information that the metadata was updated to the new values?
